Why We Built VantisCorp
Travel Management Companies have spent years piecing together spreadsheets, inboxes, and outdated tools to run their business. VantisCorp exists to change that; a corporate travel management platform TMCs can run entirely under their own brand, without needing to become a technology company themselves. We built it because the industry deserved software as modern as the travel it manages.

Co-Founder & CEO
Amol is a travel-tech entrepreneur with a decade of building behind him. He co-founded Vervotech, acquired by Constellation Software Inc., and Techspian, a bespoke travel technology company serving clients globally. Before entrepreneurship, he led technology at JPMorgan Chase.
He started VantisCorp with a simple goal: make business travel easier for travelers, and easier to scale for the companies managing it. Amol is also an active investor in travel and hospitality technology, including Guestara.

Vijendra "VJ" Singh
Co-Founder & CCO
VJ is a commercial leader with deep roots in travel technology and a rare instinct for understanding what customers actually need. Before VantisCorp, VJ led the commercial team at Vervotech through its post-acquisition growth phase under Constellation Software Inc., scaling the business and building client relationships across the globe.
He brings to VantisCorp what no playbook can teach: the ability to walk into a room with a TMC, understand their pain before they articulate it, and build the trust that turns a conversation into a partnership. At VantisCorp, VJ leads all commercial relationships, from first conversation to long-term success.

Kajal Makhija
CMO
Kajal is a marketer and entrepreneur who knows what it takes to build a brand from nothing. Before VantisCorp, she was Co-Founder & CMO of Guestara, taking the brand from an early-stage idea to a recognised name in hospitality technology. She brings hands-on experience across hospitality, travel tech, and the particular chaos of early-stage startups.
She understands that in B2B, the right story told to the right audience is as important as the product itself. At VantisCorp, Kajal leads brand, growth, and making sure the world knows what autonomous travel management actually looks like.
